$0.00

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported, 8-week training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Chris Germer, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care, and understanding.

Details:

  • Facilitated by Lucy Sternburgh, Ph.D., LPC, Certified MSC Teacher

  • Location: Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness (2001 Hudson Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49008)

  • Free Orientation sessions on Wednesday, September 10 and 17 from 6-7:30 p.m.

  • 8-week MSC Course meets on Wednesdays, September 24 - November 12 from 6-8:30 p.m.

  • Includes a half-day retreat on Saturday, October 25 from 1 - 5 p.m.

  • Registration is limited to 12 adult participants.
